This free application syncs iTunes to the BlackBerry so that you can use your BlackBerry as an MP3 player. You will need to have the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac installed first, since BlackBerry Media Sync is an add-on application to Desktop Manager. Make sure you have all the music you want to upload in your iTunes folder.
Step 1
Download the BlackBerry Media Sync application for Mac (in Resources) from the BlackBerry website to your Mac desktop and install the program.

Connect one end of the USB cable to your BlackBerry and the other end to your Mac. Click on BlackBerry Media Sync to open it.

Add a name by typing it in the 'Name your device' field. In the 'Reserved Memory' field, choose the memory you want to keep free. Click 'OK.'

Select 'Media Card' on your BlackBerry. Change the 'Mass Storage Mode Support' field to on. Press the Menu key and then select 'Enable USB Mass Storage.' Mass storage mode needs to be on for USB uploads.
Step 5
Click on the 'Music' tab in BlackBerry Media Sync. From the drop-down list, select 'iTunes.' Click on all the boxes of the songs and playlists you want to synchronize. Click 'Sync Music' and then click 'OK.'

Disconnect the BlackBerry from your Mac. Select 'Music' on your BlackBerry to view and play the songs.
